Kid, you've got the gloating part down, but your recruiting leaves something to be desired.

You're only gonna bring out the lackies with an offer like that. Good for actual work, but not good for scheming.

Also, separate your gloating and your plotting. Nothing is worse for an aspiring villain than to get the heroes and the villains interacting in the same dialogue. All it inspires is catty comments back and forth until someone decides to blow up something belonging to someone else.
