How does DATS work and what does it stand for, other than to keep the peace around here?

DATS is about helping the digital world and defending it against those that wish to endanger it and its people. We try to preserve the rule of law and save those that need it. We have several divisions of people that use their powers and work with their partners to fulfill a variety of tasks.
