Hello. I am Shiba Kaoru and I already know that I've been dragged here to the Digital World with the aid of my Leormon. So, outside of general information, I would like to know more about the world I've been brought to.

That being said - Takeru? Shinkengers? Have you also been brought to this world?

Mako is here, as well. Ryuunosuke and Kotoha were, but... no longer.

So it's been awhile since we've seen another familiar face.

I actually wasn't even sure it wasn't a vivid hallucination until I came back, afterwards. That was... a couple years ago, now.

My partner, whom you heard speak earlier, is in actuality my- our- ... Shinken Red's Origami, reformed into one of the local creatures of this world.

It's the way this world works. Some people come in and are partnered to one of the local Digimon. Sometimes, such as with Mako and I, the Digimon holds the spirit of something close to them.

As I have Coronamon, it would appear you were given... one of the locals.

Ah... yes. We've set up a place in Neon City, recently.

There is another matter, as well.

We fought him before you arrived, but the Gedoushu known as Akumaro is present in this world.

[ The word Gedoushu makes the hairs stand up on the back of Kaoru's neck. As far as she knew, they had been vanquished and the Sanzu River went back to its' normal levels. ]

Akumaro arrived a good while ago. He lurked in the shadows a bit, manipulating and controlling various parties to steal the souls of a number of Tamers here. Ryuunosuke included.

We were able to get them freed, and eventually able to beat him back again, but he has been mostly silent for awhile. I am certain he's still out there somewhere, however.

One thing we cannot determine is whether or not he has his Second Life with his rebirth in this world, however. We haven't been able to defeat him decisively enough to tell that.

Good. I would think that a refresher wouldn't hurt anyone new who has come here, as well as alerting those who have forgotten or fallen into a false sense of security around here.
