Fun ain't exactly how I'd describe that crap, and you know me - I LOVE a good fight.

It sucked, yeah, but you gotta admit it was at least a good challenge.

Yeah, just full of holes. Apparently that's enough to get me stuck here for a bit.

Yeah, yeah, I nearly bled to death and I'm lucky to still have all my organs in one piece.

So how'd you fare?

I think I broke a lot of stuff.

All I know is I have a button I can push once in awhile, and I feel better when I do.

...how's Kulon?

That sucks. At least getting stabbed you're on your feet in a week or two.

He's... Actually, where is he? He wasn't here when I woke up.

Kulon is currently sleeping in the next room. It seems that using Paladin Mode drained a great deal of energy from him, in addition to the injuries he sustained during the battle. I have been told that he will need to rest as much as possible to "recharge", but he will be fine. Likely before you will.

That's good. Never expected something like that out of him though. Surprised me to see him handle himself so good out there.

I should have the nurse bring him in here so he's not alone.

Heh. Agumon went straight back down to Koromon, so he's zonked out over in a chair near by.

Y'shouldn't be too surprised, though. Kulon's gotta good role model, eh?

He is. The doctor was rather surprised by that.

Huh. Since when did I become a role model? Besides, he's been with me for a while and the most he's done in a fight is back me up. Him actually going at an opponent without me's just weird for him.

Ah, it's normal. That's why we were given partners in the first place - so they can fight with us. Agumon's taken the lead and even surpassed me a number of times, and all I can do is be proud of that.

Eh, it just doesn't seem like him. But come to think of it, I think he's changed since we came here. He's definitely hanging around me more than back home. Course, he's small enough to come inside now, so maybe that's part of it.

Makes me wonder if he's gonna keep this up.

I guess. Eh, ain't used to having to do anything other than tell everyone what gang we're gonna fight next. I usually just let everyone handle 'emselves.

Doesn't work for everyone, but give 'im time and a bit of a nudge. He'll do fine.

Hell, if you think he needs some help in that area, we could always help you whip him into shape, once we're all back on our feet.
