I do not understand. While it is true that, regardless of the destination, the process of plotting a course and traveling to that destination is critical for the purpose of arriving on target, it is highly similar regardless of what one's destination is. Unless one is exploring, traveling to a location provides only a small quantity of new data. If one has a destination that they are attempting to reach, the destination is of greater importance than the process of reaching it, otherwise they would not have attempted to reach that location to begin with.

The Net Ocean is a shiny destination.

The piles of scrap metal in Junk City are likely shiny destinations.
