digital_dive | 2nd Keyhole [Accidental Video/Audio]

[The video opens up to a beautiful beach. The sun is just barely in the frame, the beautiful rays shining down on the water. The camera moves around for a bit before you hear the click of a button being pressed. Then a voice off-screen speaks.]

Huh? It didn't work.

Oh come on!

click. click. click.

Stupid thing!

[The view moves again to see spiky brown hair and a fist comes down again and again on the screen of the D-Comm.]

Why won't you take a picture you stupid thing?!

[There's a few more whacks before a rather large hand shoots out to grab the D-Comm from it's incompetent owner. It's a Koemon. He stares at the D-Comm for a bit and behind him, and a bit out of focus, you can see his spiky brown-haired Tamer squat down behind him and look over his shoulder.]

What are you doing?

[There's a few button's pressed and the feed turns to audio.]

Oh! That's how you do it! I turned on the camera on accident. Oops.

Heh heh heh. Thanks Koe!

Thanks Koe. You know, this beach is a lot like the one I have back in my world. Reminds me of home. We should go out and explore today. Come on!

[And with one last click, the audio cuts out.]

This god tree person sounds like of mean. After I find the keyhole I'm going to make sure to find him too.

[Excuse him while he scratches his head and lets out a small groan.]

There's too many things to find here.

O-oh... you probably won't be able to find him. No one I know has been able to, really. It seems like he mostly talks through a Wizardmon and a Witchmon most of the time, and he wasn't even around when the world ended a couple of months ago.

[she sighs, waving a hand]

[Hit by a sudden thought.]...maybe that was when the world went to sleep.

[Haku blinks, obviously not aware that she sounds a little... nonchalant about it all.]

Hmn? Oh. Well. A really powerful digimon was released on Draco Island a couple of months ago. Like I said, it was kind of a mess... but everything reset, so it's not like we died or anything. We're fine, obviously...

[and a bit of a pause here. she almost didn't hear that.]

... asleep? No. I'm not asleep. I'd know if I was in sleep mode...

No no, not you. The world itself. It's asleep. It's a long story.

[Sora waved his hand this time.]

I'm just here to wake it up and that's why I'm looking for the keyhole.

And yeah, Riku is my friend. Maybe you've seen him? He's about this tall. [Sora holds up his hand well over his head.]

And he has silver hair that's about to his shoulders. And he scowls a lot like this! [Cue Sora's ridiculous Riku-esque scowl.]

[Haku is pretty sure they're not asleep. That would be a little too strange, all things considered. She's not going to argue with him though.

The scowl does get a giggle, however.]

I haven't seen anyone like that. But I'll keep an eye out for him!

Thank you! And let him know I'm looking for him if you see him. And tell him he's late and owes me lunch.

[giggles] He owes you lunch already?

I knew it. Though that's got to be even more special. I mean Riku and I are only best friends. This Eikichi guy is your husband. You two must love each other lots.

Mhm. We do. We met here, in fact. Three years ago now, a little after I got here. We even have a daughter now - Hanako.

Oh, Hanako would probably adore you! Of course she loves everyone, but she's always looking to make new friends.

Who doesn't like making friends? I'd love to meet your daughter. How old is she?

Well... she was activated a little over a year ago... but she was made to be about seven or eight.
