Nothing worth doing is simple or easy. But if you can't adapt to pas errors, I don't know how you're going to change the outcome. Unless you get someone better suited to the job to take over.

If I could find a way to truly communicate with the other party at hand, it might be different. But my words do not reach this person.

If they don't, then my only choice will come down to something drastic.

Something I'm not sure I can do again.

Well then, kill again? I don't know what you're trying to accomplish, but I'm not the type to stop you if it's really your only choice. I will say that sometimes all it takes is a near death experience to turn someone around.

Again, I don't know your situation. I can only offer what I've seen myself.
