In fact, it would seem we're in a nosedive. Something I've never seen this ship do.

Well it might be a shielding issue, perhaps if we send up a probe we can gather some energy readings from whatever is blocking us and deduce a solution from there.

Well of course I understand that we are here for a reason...as vague as that reason may be. But one can't help but want what they can't have. It's basic nature.

Which I certainly won't deride anyone for, but Yggdrasil most certainly does not want his lab mice experiments to take flight. Controlled environments, and such forth.

Ugh...thinking about it like that put a rather foul taste in my mouth. I rather prefer to be the one running the experiment. But I'm aware that what I like is hardly of the higher powers concern.

We all just sort of have to ... go along with the flow, as it were.

The Galleon's a space faring vessel, normally, and able to easily bounce in and out of a planet's atmosphere. Never had troubles with that, so if I can't get THIS thing up and out of there...

Ah well. Plenty for me to explore down here.

That's a healthy attitude to have about it. I suppose I just miss space travel. It was so exhilarating when I was finally able to travel between planets on a worthy vessel.

It's a bit of a pain, but. Well. Here we are. I'm used to being able to go wherever I want, but I guess I'll just have to deal with this for now.

A single planet can have a lot to offer if you look deep enough, anyway.
