[locked from known hostiles] - [text, because infodump]

Greetings, Tamers and Digimon alike. My name is Brainiac-5, and I am an agent of DATS.

Recently, there has been the re-surfacing of those that are considered high priority threats. Many of you may have heard of these threats, and as such should know to show caution. However, there are many of you that may not know much regarding them, especially those newly arrived. And even if you have heard of them, you may not know the details regarding what they are capable of.

---

First of all was several weeks back, during a battle with a warrior known as 'Dark Precure,' where our Captain Harlaown came to the aid of her daughter and was assisted by warriors named Cure Blossom and Cure Moonlight. This 'Dark Precure' was taken by the resurfaced Tsukasa Kagura.

Kagura hails from a timeline variant of the same world that many of DATS' founding members originate. There, he bent the powers of his world's Demon Kings to his will, though evidently was defeated by that world's DATS. This was something that we were initially unaware of when he first arrived four years ago, and he ended up nearly demolishing a large portion of our original headquarters, the Royal Base. At that time he was working with another subject I will address in a moment, Akihiro Kurata.

Kagura would go on to work alongside various adversaries we've had in this world, but perhaps his largest push was working in the shadows to assist Ravemon's ambitions when he was Tetha's Area Leader. We had no idea how far and deep that went until the final battle, in which he employed numerous Gizmon - Kurata's creations, lifeless automatons born by destroying a Digimon's life with the ability to permanently delete any digital creature - and one of the Zero ARMS stolen by the Demon Kings, the Garuru Cannon, to do battle with DATS and the Dai Gurren Brigade. In the end of that fight his partner was killed, the Digi-Egg lost in the chaos, and he was pushed back.

We have not heard very much from him since.

Making such an open display after a period of quiet is unsettling. Dark Precure could either potentially be brought under his thrall as a subordinate, or utilized in one of his experiments. At the moment, we cannot tell, but please use the utmost caution if you come in contact with either one.

In addition to his great intelligence and manipulative nature, Kagura is a Bio Hybrid, able to transform into a twisted form of a Digimon on his own. That form, however, is one of the only Ultimate Bio Hybrids outside of DATS' home world that we have yet registered - he can become BioBlackSeraphimon, and is capable of combating several Ultimate Level Digimon at once. Plus, due to his involvement with Ravemon and Ravemon himself being played a puppet by Demon King Lucemon, along with him being in possession of a Demon King weapon at that time... We are certain he is marked by a Demon Seal.

Dark Precure is a newcomer to this world, and likely has not yet harnessed all the power of being a Tamer yet. She is a Soul Tamer, by reports, capable of flight, superhuman strength, excessive speed, and the ability to generate great blasts of dark power. According to our information, she is a highly capable and relentless fighter. As with any of these subjects, use caution, and if you see her presume that Kagura may have involvement.

She is partnered with a Digimon who can evolve into Duskmon for his Adult form. He appears ... unstable, but little is known of him otherwise.

Akihiro Kurata is to be considered Public Enemy Number One, at any and all times. He is the one Tamer that has caused the most devastation, both to landscapes and people's lives, out of any other in this world.

Kurata, like Kagura, comes from the same reality that DATS originates from, and in this case the same timeline as those aforementioned founding members. From all we have learned, he appears to have been one of the very first people to arrive here as a Tamer.

Before even arriving here, his list of crimes were many - he was the cause of mass murder among Digimon, and attempted a mass genocide of that reality's Digital World. He manipulated his government, framed the members of DATS, created the Bio Hybrids, and revived that world's Demon King Belphemon. He was eventually defeated, but transported elsewhere afterwards. That place was here.

Early on in this world, Yggdrasil locked down those of us with extensive hacking abilities from being able to manipulate the world's data itself. While for the most part this may have been a wise move, it is clearly evident this rule does not apply to Kurata. He is able to appear anywhere, at any time, through the use of "Time Space Jumpers," devices which tear a hole in the fabric of time and space itself and allow him and his comrades - past and present, including Kagura - to transport anywhere. Besides potentially damaging the fabric of this world, it means he could be anywhere.

Shortly after he first publicly surfaced in this world, he assassinated the former Tetha Area Leader, Hououmon. This incited a riot that, while chaotic, also gave firm grounding for the DATS leaders to establish their organization in this world, then under authorization of Area Leader TigerVespamon.

Over the next few months, Kurata amassed forces. He turned those with ill intentions to his fold, and kidnapped many innocent people across the Digital World. He would then brainwash many of them, transform them into Bio Hybrids, and effectively use them as his enforcers. For an idea of the full extent of just how far he was willing to go, he abducted one young mother-to-be and aborted her pregnancy, just to use her as his pawn.

Eventually, he struck, attacking Royal Base, Tetha, and Neon City, while at the same time a DATS strike team hit his home base with the assistance of the Halberd and the Dai Gurren Brigade. In the end, we won, and we saved most of those he had manipulated. The defeat was a crushing one, but Kurata did manage to escape.

But later in the next year, it was obvious this had only lasted so long. In that time, Dr. Ivo Robotnik appeared and gathered many like minded individuals to form something called the "Syndicate," and obvious attempt to counter our own gathering within DATS. Just from their technology alone, it was obvious Kurata had his hands in this, and several months later when our three Commanders were meeting with one of the Area Generals of Neon City, he struck against them.

The abilities of his data manipulation were seen once again in his ability to bond a new Digimon as his partner. While his old one? Was used as raw material for his new Bio Hybrid form, BioAstamon.

Since then, Kurata has cropped up once in awhile, but there has not been another major push from him. It has been assumed he has been supplying information and technology to the Syndicate, but working from the background.

Since the battle with Chaosmon, we do not know what state the Syndicate is in, however. It appeared in that battle that their primary leader, Dr. Robotnik, was killed... but that is also not something we have been entirely able to verify. The battle was so chaotic, and with Draco Island's destruction, there's no real telling. So we cannot yet honestly say whether or not Kurata is acting of his own accord, or for the Syndicate's benefit, but...

Kurata resurfaced a few days ago, attacking newly arrived Xros Tamer Akari Hinomoto. Her Tamer Class is of significant note, as upon the conclusion of the battle he noted he was simply gathering data.

As such, we are issuing the following warning - If you are a Matrix, Spirit, or Xros Tamer, be cautious. He may well target one of you to gather more such "data." Soul Tamers could even come under fire from him, as what they're capable of has shifted a bit since the Digital World's reboot, though only slightly. Note that this may not just entail attacking. He could well kidnap you, torture you for information, target your friends or family... He is not above doing any of these things

Just what this fact collecting entails from him is, at present, unknown.

Knowing this man, however, it can be nothing good.

Like Kagura, Kurata is brilliant, if insane. His intellect should never be underestimated. He is also a Bio Hybrid whose power is hard to entirely gauge due to the fact the Digimon he used was the former Demon King Belphemon of his world. Just be aware that form is exceedingly powerful. He has of late shown the willingness to use brainwashed Digimon in addition to his own Gizmon creations. He will also use anything and everything beyond that - he is very skilled at manipulating people's emotions, and swaying them to his side. He has at times had commanded of what amounted to forces on par with the DATS we have today.

If you run into a Digimon, or anyone, controlled by one of his headsets [ATTACHMENT: Photo of device] know that you can destroy that device in order to set the them free of his control. He can employ much deeper brainwashing, however, which is much more difficult to undo.

His partner is a Nise Professor Agumon who goes by the moniker of "Dr. Nise." From our brief encounters, he seems to compliment Kurata's twisted personality in ways that only serve to make Kurata even more dangerous than he already is.

Thank you for your time.

Be careful, and if you run into any of these individuals or those related to them, please contact DATS immediately.
