As you seem to have mostly recovered, I'm here to inform you that repairs on Raising Heart have been basically repaired. At least, so far as your Aggressive Mode and Exceed Mode are concerned.

I have not only bypassed the restriction you put on it which required Commander Daimon or Commander Satsuma to give you authorization for Blaster Mode, but it has been removed entirely. I realize I did not receive authorization to preform this beyond the repairs, but at this point it seemed a necessary measure.

In the three and a half years since you returned back to this world, repeated - and I'll give you, necessary - usage of your Blaster Mode has severely weakened your ability to resist its effects. Looking at how you ended up following Chaosmon, if you were to utilize it again in such a capacity, I can state with a fair amount of certainty it would either permanently cripple or kill you.

I would like to think I speak appropriately when its said no one here wants either of those outcomes.

I can assure you, however, I will not let this put you in a position of weakness - if you will allow me to, I would like possession of Raising Heart when you are not engaging in training or actual combat for the next several weeks.

I think with the study of your Intelligent Devices and your type of ... magic over the past few years, I can improve upon it. Between effectively copying Captain Harlaown's abilities for Alicia's Device, and working on the younger Nanoha's combat cyborg body, it's given me what I'll need to devise a replacement Mode that will not prove as fatal as Blaster would certainly be at this point.
